Sisters Hospitallers are recruiting for an Administrator at St Augustine’s Care Home, in Addlestone (Surrey).

Up to £22,000 per annum, Monday to Friday.

Job Role

To provide a professional, proficient, and flexible administrative service to the home and its employees.

Skills and personal characteristics needed

    • Impeccable verbal and written communication skills
    • Strong ability to multi-task
    • Provide a high level of customer service at all times
    • Provide effective and efficient administrative service to support the needs of the Charity
    • Comply with all internal and external policies and standards e.g. Department of Health, Care Quality Commission, Health and Safety Executive, CQC Code of Conduct
    • Detailed knowledge of working within a registered care home environment, or other health and social care setting
    • Friendly demeanour
    • Extensive knowledge of Microsoft suites
    • Knowledge of HR administration (desirable)

You will also need

  • Ability to demonstrate the core values of the Charity
  • Computer literate
  • Proven experience in an office or similar environment
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Ability to prioritise and manage own workload
  • Excellent organisational skills
