36 hours per week (Day Shifts) , including alternative weekends

About you

  • We are looking for a caring, compassionate individual who is dedicated to helping others. For this role, the successful candidate will have:
    • Current residency in the UK with valid right to work (we are not able to offer any sponsorships or Visas or recruit from overseas)
    • Willingness to make a difference
    • Caring attitude
    • Desire to see elderly people treated with care and respect
    • Great communication skills
    • Be a team player
    • NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social care, or willingness to complete
    • You’ll ideally have at least 6 months experience in a care setting
    • IT Literate, able to use computers and mobile phones

About the role

As a Care Assistant you will look after our residents’ health, wellbeing and happiness. Your day-to-day tasks may include helping with residents’ social activities, serving in the dining room, tidying residents’ rooms, answering help bells and assisting with their dressing and personal care. Above all, you will be helping our residents feel comfortable and safe while they enjoy an exceptional quality of life in an atmosphere of respect, trust and joy.
