Make a real difference by joining Sisters Hospitallers as a Communications Officer in South Kensington, London.

£30,000 per annum, Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm, Office based.

With your creative skills you will write, lead and distribute content for raising awareness of our Charity and building engagement across a number of internal and external campaigns.

You’ll work with stakeholders across our Organisation to design audience and insight-led communications and engagement plans which help to raise awareness, increase engagement and build momentum.

Reporting to the Provincial Sister, you will take overall responsibility to develop, manage and implement the marketing and communication strategy to support the mission of the Charity. You will also use an agreed range of media to actively promote the work of Congregation Hospitallers in alignment with the overall vision and strategy.

You’ll be committed to support our mission, vision and Values.

You’ll be people-focused with great interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain strong working relationships at all levels of the organisation. A real team player, you will be able to influence a broad range of individuals and groups while remaining open and showing respect to the views and opinions of others.

You’ll have experience of working within a communications or engagement role and are looking to further develop your skills.

You’ll be curious, creative and open to challenging the status quo – pushing us as a team and as an organisation to consider new ways to approach and deliver against our objectives.

What you need

  • Must be fluent in both Spanish and English language and literature.
  • Previous experience in a communications or marketing role.
  • Understand the best practices of main social media channels.
  • Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, In Design, and Illustrator.
  • Must possess exceptional writing skills and be able to compose engaging and accurate content
