Celebrating Leadership and Commitment at St Francis Xavier Catholic Hospital

A well-deserved promotion recognising years of compassionate leadership and dedication to nursing care

At St Francis Xavier Catholic Hospital in Assin Foso, Ghana, we are delighted to celebrate an important milestone for one of our colleagues and for the wider Hospitaller family.

Our Nurse Manager has been promoted from Deputy Director of Nursing Services to Chief Nursing and Midwifery Officer, a recognition of her years of dedication, professionalism and unwavering commitment to providing high-quality care.

Throughout her career, she has demonstrated exceptional leadership, supporting both patients and colleagues with compassion, integrity and a deep sense of responsibility. Her promotion reflects not only her professional expertise but also the values that guide the mission of Sisters Hospitallers: placing the dignity and wellbeing of every person at the heart of care.

This achievement is also a proud moment for St Francis Xavier Catholic Hospital, where the dedication of healthcare professionals continues to strengthen the quality of care provided to the local community every day.

At Sisters Hospitallers, we believe that recognising the commitment and growth of our teams is an important way of celebrating the people who make our mission possible. Their dedication, expertise and compassionate leadership help create environments where patients receive not only excellent clinical care but also the warmth and hospitality that define our identity.

We warmly congratulate her on this well-deserved promotion and wish her every success as she begins this new chapter of leadership and service.
