Today, St Augustine’s is hosting our Provincial Evaluation Assembly with Collaborators!
Before this, the Sisters began the evaluation of the first and second part of our Plan. This work was done in an atmosphere of fraternity and good participation of all the members. Furthermore, they shared their own reflections and experiences from our different realities.
After the Sisters finished their evaluation of the plan, the collaborators were invited to join the Assembly.
Therefore, today we carried out the Assembly with collaborators. For that, some of the employees from our centres travelled to St Augustine’s to take part in the evaluation.
Firstly, Sister Lourdes, Sister Anabela and Sister Begoña welcomed the collaborators to the Assembly.
After that, we first had an introduction to our current situation at Sisters Hospitallers. This is, where we are at the moment, what we do and how we look at the future from now.
Furthermore, collaborators and Sisters were mixed and divided into groups to discuss the various points raised.
Therefore, the groups talked about the actions already completed and the ones still in progress. This gives us a realistic view of our situation at the Province of England.
Moreover, it was a great idea for our collaborators and sisters to get familiar with one another.
As you can see in the pictures, we were all very focused and engaged on the task!
