As shown in the main picture of St Francis Xavier Hospital, our centre in Foso (Ghana) during a quality improvement training held at the hospital. This is part of the Central Region Health Directorate’s on-site quality improvement training in all polyclinics and hospitals in an attempt to have a well-structured and coordinated quality management.
We believe in the support and encouragement of all our employees and that is why we strive to ensure that each new person joining the family receives initial training to help them get to know their job and the organisation.

Rotation nurses posted to undertake their one year mandatory rotation were inducted on 10th August. A section of management with 52 rotation nurses are captured in this photo.
The hospital, that provides medical care to a population of around 207.000 inhabitants, has a specialised unit for Mother and Child care and counts on enough space for more than a hundred beds.
